| Constructed
within the first large loft residence building in Lower Downtown this
project combined a fifth floor unit with the unit below. A generous
custom designed steel spiral stair joins the two. On the upper floor
the main living space opens onto a large deck with city and mountain
views. The lower level contains a glass enclosed master suite, media
area, billiards area and work out area. Care was taken to integrate
the elements of the new design with the original massive timber structure.
