house is designed to open to the south and east taking advantage
of the topography and solar orientation of the site. Two
large bays projecting from the living room satisfy the feng shui
requirements of the owner and capture the mountain views. A
tall glass bay at the southwest corner contains the stairwell serving
all three levels. The childrens' rooms and family room have
access to the large roof deck while the lower level office, studio
and media room open to the yard through a gallery space. |
